簡介
「難民路徑」（Refugee Path）是一個關注台灣難民議題的平台與倡議計畫，致力於透過展覽、協作討論與倡議行動，為難民議題創造安全的對話空間。台灣至今沒有《難民法》，在台灣的尋求庇護者缺乏法律保障，許多人處於法律灰色地帶。難民路徑試圖在這個空白中建立公眾意識，讓更多台灣人理解難民議題的迫切性。
2022 年 6 月 18 至 26 日，難民路徑舉辦「台灣難民週」，與每年六月在英國舉行的倫敦難民週同步串連，將台灣的聲音加入這場全球性的難民倡議行動。
以療癒為主題的社區行動
2022 年台灣難民週以「Healing: The Power of Community（療癒：社群的力量）」為主題，為期九天的活動結合線上講座、展覽、工作坊與倡議行動，從多個角度切入難民議題。
其中，FAB DAO 參與的一場線上講座「意想不到的參與方式——如何用 NFT 和 UX 支持難民？」格外引人注目。講座探索了 Web3 技術在難民支持中的應用可能：NFT 是否能成為記錄難民故事的媒介？去中心化身分系統能否為缺乏官方文件的尋求庇護者提供數位身分？UX 設計如何讓這些技術工具真正觸及需要幫助的人？
活動期間還建立了 Gather Town 互動空間，讓無法到場的參與者在虛擬環境中瀏覽展覽、參與討論，降低地理距離對議題參與的障礙。

Introduction
“Refugee Path” is a platform and advocacy initiative addressing refugee issues in Taiwan, creating safe spaces for dialogue through exhibitions, collaborative discussions, and advocacy actions. Taiwan still lacks a Refugee Act, leaving asylum seekers without legal protections and many living in a legal gray area. Refugee Path works to build public awareness in this void, helping more people in Taiwan understand the urgency of refugee issues.
From June 18 to 26, 2022, Refugee Path organized “Taiwan Refugee Week,” running in parallel with London’s annual Refugee Week to add Taiwan’s voice to this global advocacy movement for refugees.
Community Action Centered on Healing
The 2022 Taiwan Refugee Week was themed “Healing: The Power of Community.” Over nine days, the event combined online lectures, exhibitions, workshops, and advocacy activities, approaching refugee issues from multiple angles.
One standout session involved FAB DAO: the online lecture “Unexpected Participation: How to Use NFTs and UX to Support Refugees?” explored compelling questions about Web3 technology in refugee support. Could NFTs serve as a medium for documenting refugee stories? Could decentralized identity systems provide digital identities for asylum seekers who lack official documents? How could UX design ensure these technical tools actually reach the people who need help?
The event also established a Gather Town interactive space, allowing remote participants to browse exhibitions and join discussions in a virtual environment, reducing the geographic barriers to engaging with these issues.
