《恢復方案The Restoration Scheme》系列，由台達電基金會委託生成藝術家劉乃廷製作。基金會承諾只要來自世界各地的收藏家，「鑄造」（Mint）了一株珊瑚 NFT，他們便會「同步」在台灣東北角復育一株真正的珊瑚。

藝術家用NFT細緻詮釋NGO精神

我們常提到，如何設計好的「Token」，來彰顯行動組織的精神、行動內容。《恢復方案》透過乃廷細緻的生成藝術創作，將「珊瑚」與「復育」這樣的主軸，做了豐富的表達，程式碼圖像甚至完整地呈現復育行動裡的珊瑚品種。生成藝術的特性，更讓每個人能在 fxhash 上收藏到獨一無二的珊瑚作品，儼然在數位世界中，許下對水底世界多樣性與活力的真誠心願。

量價策略，關照藝術家創作生涯

如何讓更多人能參與、收藏作品，但同時不因作品發行數量過多、頻次過快導致藝術家的作品價格受到衝擊，是專案面對的大問題。FAB DAO在基金會與藝術家之間共同討論，制定了雙贏、甚至三贏的量價策略。

由基金會引動的創作計畫，穩健且效益加成

基金會做了最好的示範，在前期支持藝術家與行動者，讓兩者都有餘裕可以完成自己本來就相信且正在進行的事。 《恢復方案》創造了法幣與加密貨幣同步捐款，復育組織獲得了基金會的錢，同時也獲得了來自元宇宙的加密貨幣，達成雙重捐贈效果！同時，藝術家也獲得了基金會的委託費與部分加密貨幣分潤。

這個模式創造了兩項優勢，第一，藝術家在發行前如果先有一筆經費，不用負擔發行上太大的交易風險，可以相對有餘裕進行創作，這就是實體世界常見的委託創作；第二，行動組織可以獲得雙重捐款保障，除了基金會的經常性大筆捐款，同時也有來自去中心世界的散戶捐贈者，引動了更多樣的支持者參與議題，為議題的長期曝光繼續打底。

在大熊市之中，不論是對藝術家創作、基金會行銷宣傳、行動組織倡議，都是相對穩健有效的做法。

Introduction

The Restoration Scheme series was commissioned by the Delta Electronics Foundation and created by generative artist Liu Nai-Ting. The foundation pledged that for every coral NFT minted by collectors around the world, they would simultaneously restore a real coral in northeastern Taiwan.

Artists Using NFTs to Articulate the NGO Spirit

We often discuss how to design meaningful “tokens” that embody an organization’s mission and activities. Through Nai-Ting’s meticulous generative art, The Restoration Scheme richly expresses the themes of “coral” and “restoration” — the code-generated imagery even faithfully represents the coral species involved in the restoration effort. The nature of generative art means every collector receives a one-of-a-kind coral piece on fxhash, as if making a heartfelt wish in the digital world for the diversity and vitality of the underwater realm.

Volume and Pricing Strategy: Protecting the Artist’s Career

A major challenge for the project was how to enable broader participation and collecting while avoiding price erosion caused by excessive supply or overly frequent releases. FAB DAO facilitated discussions between the foundation and the artist to develop a win-win — even triple-win — volume and pricing strategy.

Foundation-Led Creative Projects: Stable and Mutually Beneficial

The foundation set an exemplary model by supporting both the artist and the action organization upfront, giving both the breathing room to pursue the work they already believed in and were carrying out. The Restoration Scheme created a dual donation stream in both fiat and cryptocurrency — the restoration organization received funding from the foundation while also receiving cryptocurrency from the metaverse, achieving a double-donation effect. At the same time, the artist received a commission fee from the foundation plus a share of cryptocurrency revenue.

This model created two key advantages. First, when artists receive funding before release, they are freed from bearing excessive transaction risk and can create with relative ease — essentially the traditional commissioned-creation model from the physical world. Second, action organizations receive dual donation security: in addition to the foundation’s regular large-scale donations, there are also individual donors from the decentralized world, bringing more diverse supporters into the cause and laying the groundwork for sustained long-term visibility.

In the depths of a bear market, this approach proved relatively stable and effective for artists’ creative work, foundation marketing, and advocacy organizations alike.

Special Mechanism

The generative coral art NFTs were released in 5 batches, listed every Wednesday at 11 PM. The first 4 batches were traded on the fxhash platform, while the final batch was traded on the AkaSwap platform. Collectors who owned all 4 previous designs received an airdrop of the 5th design.
