簡介

2022 年 11 月底，中國多座城市爆發「白紙運動」——民眾手舉白紙走上街頭，以無聲的姿態抗議嚴苛的清零封控政策。白紙成為自由表達的象徵：當一切文字都可能被審查，空白本身便是最有力的聲明。

這場運動迅速引起全球關注，台灣的藝術社群也在第一時間做出回應。

藝術家的行動

2022 年 12 月 1 日，藝術家王新仁、林經堯與林逸文於生成藝術平台 fxhash 發表作品，以免費鑄造（Free Mint）的方式聲援自由。三件作品的版稅收入全數捐贈予 FAB DAO，由 FAB DAO 成立收藏基金「White Paper List」，專門收藏與自由議題相關的 Tezos NFT 作品。截至 2022 年底，基金已累積達 1,700 XTZ，並率先典藏了三位藝術家的作品。

鏈上永久典藏

我們與有志一同的朋友、藝術家——包括身處中國的藝術家夥伴——共同羅列相關事件的 Tezos NFT 收藏清單，進行永久典藏。

Tezos 區塊鏈向來是一個由藝術家與收藏者強力共振的創作者社群，面對世界各地的社會議題，往往身先士卒、展開迅速而有力的社群行動，這次也不例外。身為在台灣的 DAO 組織，我們能做的或許有限，但收藏行為本身便是一種抵抗——將永遠不可篡改、不可封禁的 NFT 保存於鏈上，讓這些聲音永遠不會消失。

Introduction

In late November 2022, the “White Paper Movement” swept across cities in China — people took to the streets holding blank sheets of paper in silent protest against harsh zero-COVID lockdown policies. The white paper became a symbol of free expression: when all words risk censorship, blankness itself becomes the most powerful statement.

The movement quickly drew global attention, and Taiwan’s art community responded without delay.

The Artists’ Response

On December 1, 2022, artists Wang Hsin-Jen, Lin Jing-Yao, and Lin Yi-Wen published works on the generative art platform fxhash as free mints in solidarity with freedom. The royalty income from all three works was donated in full to FAB DAO, which established a collection fund called “White Paper List” dedicated to acquiring Tezos NFT works related to freedom. By the end of 2022, the fund had accumulated 1,700 XTZ, and FAB DAO’s White Paper Fund had already begun collecting works by the three artists.

Permanent On-Chain Preservation

Together with like-minded friends, artists, and artist allies based in China, we compiled a Tezos NFT collection list of works related to these events for permanent preservation.

The Tezos blockchain has always been a creator community where artists and collectors resonate powerfully with one another, often leading the charge on global issues with swift and passionate community action — this time was no exception. As a DAO organization based in Taiwan, what we can do may be limited, but the act of collecting is itself a form of resistance — preserving immutable, uncensorable NFTs on-chain, ensuring these voices will never disappear.
